Little Simz delivers first L.A. performance
Actress turned highly efficient MC Little Simz has been killing shit in the UK since dropping her debut project STRATOSPHERE at 15-years-old. Years later, she’s developed quite a following in the U.S.. of A since dropping her acclaimed Blank Canvas mixtape last September. Following an outstanding set of performances at this year’s SXSW, Okayplayer proclaimed that “Little Simz just made what was already an enormous year for the UK hip-hop and r&b scene double it’s size.”
Making her way over to the West Coast, she hit up at newly popular downtown LA smoke spot The Vape Supply Co for an intimate performance. With attendees packing the large basement space, Little Simz preached her gospel through already buzzing tracks “Enter The Void” and “Mandarin Oranges Part 2.”
