GLC – Coolout

Published

on

GLC is back with a new single, “Coolout,” from his forthcoming LP The Book of St. Ism Stream the offering from Mr. ISM himself, below.

In a recent sitdown with Fake Shore Drive, GLC touched on why he felt the need to return to the hip-hop scene after a brief hiatus, stating:

“In the midst of lameness & goofy shit at an all time high. The ism will not be tainted. He realizes & hears the call for the ism & returns with “Coolout”. A call to simply let the lames know to #CoolOut. A beautiful lady who can no longer bare the lames & his nephew Tyren joins him on the hook & speaks of the despair of being sought after by young girls at his grammar school while facing mini Mackin dilemmas over this L Williams produced record.”

“FREE” ALWAYS COMES WITH “BULLS%!*”

Its been a while since we got a project from the Los Angeles-based Singer/Songwriter, Phabo. But tonight, he ends that hiatus with a brand new EP titled, “FREE” ALWAYS COMES WITH “BULLS%!*”. The 6 track effort is something to hold fans over while Phabo‘s upcoming album, “How’s My Driving?“, nears completion. My favorite tracks are, “West Hills“, “My Ex” and “Make It Big“.

Overall, “FREE” ALWAYS COMES WITH “BULLS%!*”, is definitely worth taking a listen to. Especially if you haven’t yet heard of Phabo.
