According to SpotifyCharts.com, in its first day of release, Drake’s Scorpion broke Spotify's one-day global record for album streams. The rapper's fifth studio album was streamed 132 million times worldwide, which beats the record previously held by Post Malone's album beerbongs & bentleys.
On top of the Spotify numbers, it's been confirmed that Scorpion also shattered Apple Music single-day record, with more than 170 million streams.
