Noted Chicago R&B singer Johnny P has died, according to a report from Fake Shore Drive. After being in a coma for weeks, Johnny P's death was announced by members of the Chicago trio Do or Die via Instagram, writing: “Our brother was called home […] Rest in Heaven #JohnnyP. Our prayers are with his family.”
Perhaps best known for his collaboration with Twista on the hit, “Po Pimp,” Johnny P was also featured on Scarface's 1997 hit, “Smile.” Our thoughts and prayers are with Johnny P's family and friends.
